Having three kids within five years meant Sarah was one busy woman. She loved her children and wouldn't trade them for anything in the world, but focusing solely on them without taking care of herself took a toll on her. "Between the Halloween candy, fast food drive thru's, and frozen pizza dinners, my stretchy yoga pants weren't fitting so well anymore," she said.
